This is an AR navigation app developed for Yuntai Mountain. Tourists can scan the ticket or specific scenery of Yuntai Mountain to see the cute Yun Doudou introducing the scenic spots.

I am the product manager for this project. I started from the initial stage of the project to communicate the requirements with the client and develop the product proposal. I worked with the client to select AR trigger points, such as a part of the physical buildings of Mount Yuntai, the tickets of Mount Yuntai. I directed the team to implement the animation of Yun Doudou(the mascot). I wrote the script for Yun Doudou.

In the later stages of the project, I was involved in the marketing campaign. Set up posters and filmed promotional videos at Yuntai Mountain.
