KABAM Robotic UX Intern Works

During my time at Kabam, I have been fortunate enough to be exposed to many very different jobs. In order to optimize the management platform, I need to be in close contact with the development team, R&D team, operations team, and commercial team to get input from their different perspectives. We held design workshops, conducted user quizzes, and recorded heat maps of user behavior to test the ease of use of our platform. I also did market research for the new product and investigated the background, pricing, and business model of competing products and companies.
